Would there be other dogs besides mine?

Yes, there would be other dogs but we will limit the number to 4 at any one time. However, due to overlapping bookings we may have more than 4 at a time but it's rare.

What is the ratio of dogs to a pet sitter?

The ratio is usually 2 dogs per dog sitter.

Will my dog be caged?

No, your dog will be allowed to move freely in my house.

Do you provide food for my dog?

No we do not provide food.

My pet eats cooked food at home, can you cook for my pet and how much do you charge for that extra work?

Yes, we can cook for your pet and we do not charge anything for that extra work. However, you have to provide the food.

How many times do you walk the dogs and how much do you charge per walk?

We walk the dogs up to 3 times a day but it is all up to the owners. No, we do not charge for the walks.

Can I bring my pet to your place before the start of his stay so as to get to know you and your place?

Certainly and we encourage that.

I am worried about my dog when I am overseas. Can you send reports of my pet via email?

We want you to have peace of mind and  so we do provide reports via email once every 2 to 3 days. This facility is on request basis ONLY.

My dog sleeps on the bed with me and as such do you allow my pet to sleep in the same room as you?

Yes, we go one step further. We even allow your pet to sleep on the bed with us.

How do I make payment?

Please make half / full payment when you bring your pet on the day of boarding.  Only  cash  payment  is  accepted.

Do you leave my pet alone at your place?

No, we are always with your pet 24/7.
